The main ingredient of our night will be a multiple course dinner themed ‘Regions of Holland’, a fusion of several world renowned kitchens using only food items produced in our beloved country. We love and therefore embrace what we have.
Shared platter with sourdough bread, pickled delicacies from Amsterdam, slow roasted cherry tomatoes with herbs, homemade cheesesticks with Dutch farmers cheese, rye bread with “Tyntjetaler” from Friesland with Rinse apple syrup, farmers butter with porcini mushrooms and smoked salt

Various beetroot preparations with a goat cheese cream from organic Bastian goats. Sticky honey glazed hazelnuts with raspberry from Gotjé
Wintery pumpkinsoup roasted pumpkinseeds and chervil
Roasted oxheart cabbage, ''Alkmaars gort'' pearl barley with Dutch seasonal vegetables and winter purslane
Curd from yoghurt from Dutch sheep with Dutch ''bitterkoekjes'', raisins raised in brandy and Granny Smith apples
