The main ingredient of the night will be a multiple course dinner themed ‘Amsterdam’ for our first run, using food items produced in our capital and around.

Soup from fennel and apple with aniseed bread and fresh butter
Pearl barley from Alkmaar with three colour beets and cream from horseradish
Tartlet from brown spiced biscuit with apples, syrup from Limburg and Dutch ‘hangop’
We offer tailor made additional wine pairings to go with each menu
