The main ingredient of the night will be a multiple course dinner themed ‘Amsterdam’ for our first run, using food items produced in our capital and around.

Cream puff filled with seaweed, samphire and vegetarian caviar

FIRST COURSE

Dutch beans in green with verbena

SECOND COURSE

Soup from fennel and apple with aniseed bread and fresh butter

MAIN

Pearl barley from Alkmaar with three colour beets and cream from horseradish

DESERT

Tartlet from brown spiced biscuit with apples, syrup from Limburg and Dutch ‘hangop’
