360° DINING EXPERIENCE
At The Greanery we show our guests what a dining experience in unexpected territory means that temporarily integrates knifes and spoons with futuristic and sustainable themes such as video mapping, eliminating food chains and waste management.
setting the mood
With every course, we change the setting of the complete venue. We introduce music vibes and videomapping, all to accompany the food that is being served at that moment. The experience literally changes with every meal!
from 1.0 to 10.0
We won’t stop until we are the future, from the 1.0 version that we are now until the the 10.0 version that we strive to become in the next few years; no food chain, energy regenerative and absolutely no waste.

For partners and clients interested in taking over the entire night offer custom buy-out packages. Everything is possible, from a 5 course seated dinner to a walking dinner with multiple food stalls. our footprint
Ever since our first years we have heavily focussed on how to limit our use of electricity. In our new approach that we’ve started with in 2023, our first step was to calculate how much electricity our operational kitchen was using, which is explained in the diagram. Now, our next step for 2024 is to use this knowledge to our advantage and create a new but sort of similarly looking menu with less energy.
